Our story
Fuji Mountain Coffee was created to bring together our love of Mt. Fuji and good coffee.
Fuji Mountain Coffee is operated by Fuji Mountain Guides, a Mt. Fuji tour company. After years of operating out of seasonal bases, we decided to build a permanent home for our team — a Base Camp that could serve as our tour operation in the early morning and a cosy café during the day.
In the mornings, Base Camp is where our guides meet guests before heading up Mt. Fuji. Once the day's climbs are underway, we open the doors as a café for hikers, travellers, locals, and anyone looking for a good coffee and a comfortable place to take a break.
We serve our original Fuji Mountain Coffee blend, developed in collaboration with Tokyo Coffee. It’s a blend we created specifically for the café, and one that we’re proud to serve every day.
From the trailhead to the coffee counter, Fuji Mountain Coffee / Base Camp is our home at the foot of Mt. Fuji.

当カフェは、富士山で英語登山ガイドツアーを運営する Fuji Mountain Guidesが運営しています。チームにとっての大切な拠点であるベースキャンプとしての役割、そして富士山に惹かれて辿り着いた旅行者や地元の皆様の憩いの場を目指しています。
早朝はツアーの出発拠点として、日中は居心地のよいカフェとして、ここで私たちの日々が始まります。どなたでもおいしいコーヒーを片手に、ゆっくりとひと息つける場所です。
コーヒーには、Tokyo Coffeeと一緒につくり上げたオリジナルのFuji Mountain Coffee Blendを使用しています。このカフェのために開発した、私たちが自信を持っておすすめするブレンドです。
